Conservation: Aulonocara sp. 'chitande type mozambique' is not evaluated by the international union for the conservation of nature in the iucn red list of threatened species. I believe that it is not threatened by over-fishing as it lives rather deep close to rocks where it will be difficult to catch them with a net.
