Tanganyika: Kasisi Island (7°24'49"S, 30°34'21"E).

Conservation: This is one of the few sites where the so-called Neon Boops can be found. A visit in June 2016 showed that the population had been affected by over-fishing by ornamental fish collectors because the territorial males of Ophthalmotilapia boops present at that time were much smaller than at Nkondwe or Kamanda Island.
