With P fridrichsthalli it is rather hard to predict their behaviour.
Some are very docile, some are not. However, they are never as agressive as P dovii or P motaguensae.
As a general rule of thumb, varieties with only a line from head to tail are more agressive than varieties with also vertical bars in their markings. You fishes seam to be rather small, perhaps 3 cm (1 inch and a bit) and I get the impression you got a variety with bars.
The good thing is - als your fishes mature, you will experience how to deal with them. Feed them daily, perhaps twice a day but not more (Parachromis are predatory, and predators don't eat that often. Further, small fish need to be carefull to stay alife, which hinders the feeding further) and keep providing them with a large tank with clean water and ample shelter as I think you are doing now.
good luck with them
