Paraneetroplus breidohri 'Presa d'Angostura' preparing to sp

Post by Jim Cumming » Mon Mar 23, 2015 12:36 pm

This is the pair of breidohri that managed to grow up in a tank containing at least a dozen full grown Madagascan cichlids. At least 100- 1/2" fry were put in there as feeders, and three of them managed to beat the odds and not only survived, but thrived. Here they are preparing to spawn for at least the fourth time. If you look closely you can see some small fish swimming about without a care. These are from a previous spawn about 6 weeks ago. About 30 have survived.
