Hey yall!

New to the forum, so if this is the wrong spot to post, apologies!

So I recently purchased (what I thought was) a pair of Red Devil cichlids. I think I have may been misinformed as they look to me like they are flowerhorn's with Red Devil blood in them. I was wondering if someone else could potentially confirm? Pictures below..

Mostly Amphilophus trimaculatus

However as many flowerhorns (excuse me for using bad language) are based on trimaculatus, I would not assume them to be pure

Most likely low end ZZ flowerhorn, a common fish found at LFS across America and which are heavy in trimac blood.
