Awesomely red Red Devil. The orange of my shirt is the common color. Caught him with a crawdad, and took him home.

My friend Eldon with a nice tuc.

What can I say, I was stoked.

They actually breed snakeheads out here on the northshore for food.

Here are a few shot of the RD, who I kept.

In quarantine (not happy)

And now~

Thinking it's feeding time (at the top of the tank). You can see a clown loach in the pot. He's great at leaving them alone, as they're definately small enough to eat.

That is one of the nicest red devils I've ever seen! Says alot for wild caught cichlids.

Do you have an ID on the Catfish (?) in the last photo in the first post?

The catfish are just the common blue channel cats. http://www.fishbase.org/Summary/Species ... php?id=290. I caught one a couple weeks ago that was probably close to 20lbs. It towed my kayak around for 10 minutes before I could land it (6lb test).
