Do I assume 110cm x 50cm x 55cm?
If so, it's 43" x 20" x 22" (approx!) = 43x20x22/231=82 USG (310liters)

IMHO yes you could keep some tropheus in here but only the more peaceable species. I would go for maybe 8-10 Tropheus Dubosi or 8-10 Tropheus Moori but only those form the southwest of the lake known as rainbow Moori. I am sure others will disagree but I sucessfully maintain Tropheus in a tank of this size.

Thanks friends!
Plan include: T. Mpulungu or T. Kiriza or T. Bulu Point. Maybe you give advice?? Aquarium 300 litres, 15-20 pieces can contain?

Thank you, Nicholas

Personally, I would get a colony closer to 20 fish. And I would only recommend only 1 colony in any 4 foot tank. I've tried 2 colonies myself in my 4 footer, and each time I tried it, I ended up with one group dominating the tank over the other.

120 Troph Lufubu ~ 120 Troph Murago (Moba II)

go for the Mupulungu or Kasakalawe; for some reasons these really stay on the smaller size than all the other Tropheus.
they aren't as crazy as for example brichardi or black.

and yes, better start with 15 or 20 juvies: that way when you have to remove surplus males or have a few deaths, you don't get colony collapse.
adding new ones is virtually impossible, especially in this tanksize.

do NOT start with wildcaughts or adults; best start with juvenile captive breds or halfgrown captive breds.

All thanks! We decided to make 150 h60h50 aquarium, it is like Mpulungu and Kasakalawe of them make a choice.
