Can anybody explain me why I can't find this fish on http://www.calacademy.org and http://www.fishbase.org?

Because Fishpaste (sic) only deals with extant fish spp. not extinct.

Hypsophrys unimaculatus

And what about Hypsophrys unimaculatus? According fishbase.org this species isn't the synonym of Hypsophrys nicaraguensis? But I didn't find it separately.
