Apistogramma macmasteri, does anyone know where I can find some females? They seem to be hard to find around my area.

It would help to know where you live. Macs are a rather commonly available species, but I've heard that domestic specimens tend to be heavy on males. This is probably due to being bred at too high a temperature at the hatcheries. Temperature has a major effect on apisto sex ratios.

Is there a place generally selling them online?

I went to a FS in Mass where I got my first pair, and when I killed them by accident, I went to get another pair, and they had none. Had to settle for cacatoides instead...

Have you checked Aquabid? Someone usually has them listed there.
