Discus need a new home

Post by dawna79 » Thu Feb 19, 2009 11:24 am

If there is any one in the Atlanta, GA area that might be interested....

They are a pair, they lay eggs, but then they eat them. I have to move and can't take them with me. I am asking $200 for them, I am not willing to ship.

Why are you not willing to ship?
Just curious!

I would love to give them a home! And I have the space, I am in Seattle Washington.

I am not willing to ship them because I have heard too many horror stories about it. And because I wouldn't know where to start. I would be too afraid that they would die.

Bag buddies pills and pure oxygen to fill up the bags (there should be a 20% water and 80% air in the bag. Not the hardest thing to do to ship, just do the research and try it out.

By the way, really nice Discus, round, healthy, wicked fins. You've taken really good care of them.
You can never know too much.
