I keep a few B. cupido . I would not describe them as entirely peaceful, but certainly not brutes. Mine live in a planted 55 and ignore the vegetation. Nice pull on the Xingu IIIs. I've never kept them, so could only speculate on their care. Obviously, it should resemble the care of other lugubris pikes. I can't help myself from asking where you found them and if any others are available.
