Tank mates

I have an adult pair of Telmatochromis temporalis. The male is about 4" and the female slighty smaller, currently they are in a 20 gallon tank by themselves. I want to move them to a 75 gallon community tank. What will be good tank mates? Can I put some in Cynotilapia afra or are they too aggressive...

Thysochromis Ansorgi & S. tinanti

I have 3 ansorgi that are about 2" each and 5 tinanti that are all under 2". Will these fish get along in a 55 gallon?
There is a sandy bottom with lots of rocks and caves in the tank.

Thanks

Re: Lowering PH

How would you go about using sphagnum moss, by using in in a power filter of some sort? Should I lower the PH first or can I do it slowly when the fish are in the tank?

Thanks

Re: Lowering PH

I have hard water (190 ppm), the PH is 7.6 / 7.8 out of the tap. I want to raise and breed apistogramma. I had luck with angels by lowering the PH to 7.0 but it took alot of PH down chemicals. I was looking for something more natural, plus apistos will like the leaf litter to hide in. How much will ...

discus filtration

I want to start raising some domestic discus and need to know the best filtration to use. I now have 24 aquariums up and running using a linear pump and sponge filters. Is this type of filtration acceptable for raising discus? I know I will have to do more water changes in the discus tank. The tank ...

Re: Stocking a 125 gallon

The tank is 72 " long.
I was hoping to get 5-7 geos (tapajos red head or red bahia), 1M and 2F dwarf pikes and I'm considering some Guianacara (sphenozona, geayi or owroewefi) depending on what is available. I may still add some german rams in the tank, if not here than in another tank.

Thanks Bob
