Texas Cichlid Sex?

Hi All, I am rubbish at sexing my fish, not always sure what I am looking for. Sexing Multispinosa

Hi, Could anyone help me sex this Herotilapia Multispinosa, It has come in for a bit of rough time of late and I need to move it. However, it's sex will influence which tank I move it to.

I do also have a pair of Aequidens Tetramerus, there has never been any red in the faces of these fish like there is in the Aequidens Tetramerus, I have also read that the Tetramerus only reaches approximately 6inch and these are already 8-9 inch.
