Re: Need help identifying.

Be show look quite nice and seems to have some festea in him? But festae are south American and don't easily breed with centrals so any fry thus fish has may well be sterile or he May be sterile. I would keep him as a Pet as he looks nice.if you have room. I just wish people would not hybridise fish...

Strangely lost the female and the male happily cohabited with a female tsimoly for ages. I live in Eastbourne - the sunniest place in Britain. That isn't really saying much... twitte...

Re: Ciclids ill

Why are you adding salt? Your fish have dropsy which is very difficult to cure. What are the fish how many what size tank. and what are your tank stats and water change regimes? Melafix wont do much good. Need more info before suggesting treatments. I live in Eastbourne - the sunniest place in Brita...

Only trophs and mbuna yes. I have had no problems doing this though the tropheus tend not to breed so often.

This fish is male Phillipe. He has black edging to all fins and I have vented him. He has never laid an egg when spawning.

Re: A Few of My Madagascan Dambas

They do so much better in large groups in big tanks. Getting 14 in the UK was virtually impossible I just hope they grow properly. Why do people not like Damba? I just dont get it.

Re: Yellow Lab question

This is caused by inbreeding. The captive population is mainly descended from a couple of pairs and over generation have got smaller and dirty. This is my wild male. They should like this (sorry caught during water change) http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/05/24/uge2ype8.jpg http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/...
