Re: 300L Mbuna Biotope Aquarium

Nice. Copadichromis Trewavasae sp. Mloto is a very nice species to have. Currently I have Copadichromis Trewavasae sp. Chizumulu Island F1. Pseudotropheus Saulosi Taiwanee Reef will be a good species to add for colour but in a 300L/90 Gal US you must make sure regarding size of the breeding males th...

Re: My Current Malawi Collection.

[/quote] What make you say so? I am curious because to me breeding cichlids in captivity does not make them look any other way, with exception of inbreeding, really long term breeding, hybrids, or species that lose some of there distinctive features (like the big lips of P. milomo) caused by the lac...

Re: 300L Mbuna Biotope Aquarium

I really like a 90 Gallon due to the size for aquascaping as well stocking options. I did sold it due to the fact that the previous owner used it as a saltwater aquarium. Salt stains where the norm and sometimes eye catching.

The 64 Gallon Sump received aquaria from the main tank above. Aquaria where received via two over flow towers that drained

Re: 300L Mbuna Biotope Aquarium

The Tank in this subject was my all time favourite of all the Tanks that I used to had as display/breeding setups. Simplicity was the key as the sump was fabricated with five compartments of which three where filtration and two for holding females and rearing fry to applicable size. All species succ...
