Teale Jessica Miller has been involved into serious fishkeeping for about four years. She used to keep guppies as a kid but after her first experience with momma fish having fry and the thrill of it, then the sadness to come back later to find all the fry eaten and momma fish dead, made she couldn't keep fish for years after that.
Jessica has kept Anglefish, Dwarf Gouramis, and general community types such as Tetras, Corydoras, etc., but her real passion is East African Cichlids from lakes Malawi and Tanganyika, and Synodontis catfish. She keeps various Tropheus, Cyphotilapia Frontosa, Altolamprologus Calvus, Cyrtocara Moorii, Labidochromis Caeruleus and Perlmutt, Pseudotropheus Demasoni and P. saulosi. She also keeps a big tank full of odds and ends. Jessica has also eight varieties of Synodontis dispersed around the fourteen tanks she is currently maintaining, and would someday like to have a tank dedicated to them.
