26 gallon community tank

Post by garnpet » Sun Jun 19, 2005 6:56 am

You originally gave me some advise on a 48 gallon tank (a couple of posts below this one). Things changed a bit, that tank is now an Asain tank.

My 26 gallon bowfront is now a SA community tank. I currently have 5 neons, 5 glowlight tetras, 4 cories and 2 bushy-nose plecos (also 2 zebra danios who refuse to be caught without destroying the plants). My question is the same, I would like to put a some Blue Rams in this tank.

I presume that due to the decreased size I would now be looking at two fish (1 male, 1 female or 2 females). Would 1 male and 2 females work?

Hi Peter,

I think one male and one female would be your best bet. Sounds like a great tank in the making!
