Labidochromis flavigulis Lewis, 1982
最初命名為 Labidochromis flavigulis:
- Lewis, Digby. 1982. "A Revision of the Genus Labidochromis (Teleostei: Cichlidae) from Lake Malawi". Zoological Journal of the Linnean Society. pp. 189-265 (crc00119).
保育: Labidochromis flavigulis 被評鑑為國際自然保育聯盟瀕危物種紅皮書名單中的 (VU) 易危的 (2006). Small rock-dwelling cichlids are not affected by the over-fishing going on in Lake Malawi and will swim through even the smallest mesh gill nets. So Labidochromis flavigulis is not threatened and won't be in the foreseeable future.
