I think Crenicichla iguapina was already introduced in the hobby under the name of Crenicichla sp. Ribeira ( Datz) and by Vinny Kutty C. cf. dorsocellata

Great! Good to know and track these new species down, especially matching up photos of live specimens to the names.

Thanks for the news, they were already incorporated in the Cichlid Room Companion catalogue, including the proposed synonymies. Good pictures of live specimens would be greatly appreciated.
