If I only have five of species can they still be brought in for BAP?

By rule you have to have six unless they are a high point fish....25 or higher...then I think 5 is good.
Regular ten point fish require six.

What do you have?

German Red Peacocks. I thought I had six, but when I went to move them I only had five.

Aulonocara require 6 fish for BAP. Maybe the other is hiding or in another tank?

No, I only have 5. I will have to wait then for the next group to grow up.

Josh,

Here are the rules for BAP - in case you didn't know they are on the OCA website.

Where do Cyrtocara moorii fall? Are they 10 points?

Yes, 99 percent of all Mbuna fall in the 10 point level... not every single fish is listed in this BAP list (it would be nearly impossible to keep it updated to reflect all the changes from year to year) but there are some general rules "not spelled out" like how Mbuna would include C. moorii.

Another would most likely be a 15 point fish - based on others in the list etc.

Bottom line is don't ever be afraid to ask if you are not sure.

It's actually common to come up short for a BAP.
I'd venture to guess that it's happened to most of us at one point.

Glad you found the other two.
