so got a bit of an issue, my J.Marleri spawned looks to be two different spawns however they Stu so in my display tank. So the babies are starting within the rockwork pile the parents claimed as home. So the question is there a size limit on how big or old fish can be to turn in for bap or any ideas on how to get the juvies out? If I took apart the dislike would that break the parents bond?
Thanks,
Dave

Dave,
Don't quote me on this but I think the fish must be at least 1" or at least six months of age. As for as taking your tank apart, I think the parents bond should be fine. They might not breed for a little while after the disruption would be the only draw back I think. Hopefully someone else can chime in.

It is 1" or 90 days for the minimum turn in.
As Mark stated, your pair should be fine during a rearranging of the tank, I wouldn't hesitate getting the fry out.

+ 1 on the posts above but I'll add that is the minimum.
There is no rule that says you can't turn in 2 inch BAP

so if you want to wait to tear down that tank you can.
