I use polycarbonate on my tanks it wont warp like plexiglass will. I purchase 4 x 8 sheets from McMaster Carr right here in Aurora. The thickness is 1/8” and I use it on my 75’s and 125’s with no problems. I like it because you can heat it to bend it without it cracking and it is 30 time stronger than plexiglass.

By two pumps of the same size - do overkill to reduce the load on the pumps (pump parts last a little longer).
This means you only need rebuilt spare's of one kind. By an air regulator from Grainger (inline 40 psi max range) and run your shallow tanks off this regulator. Make sure it can handle the volume.
The future is what you plan for, life is what you get, enjoy it.
