It was amazing to find Simochromis diagramma, S. babaulti, Ctenochromis horei, and even an undescribed Tanganicodus species some 100 kilometers downstream from the lake, among other species supposedly endemic to the lake.

Cichlids are effective and well known Conquistadors :lol:
