Golden Severum not eating!

hi, I have got a golden severum two weeks ago, about 15 cm, keeping him in a 120 lit tank. In my tank I have a large coy, a green terror and a large silver shark. He has eaten almost nothing. Just a few days ago, he got white tiny white dot on his fins, but I treat him, and now there is no sign of illness on his body. Now I'm worried about his health. He shows no desire for food, and while he seems to be attracted, he acts follishly and evades the given foods. Please help me.

That tank is way too small and it's probably being bullied buy the shark and Andinoacara rivulatus (green terror).
