Does anyone know what species the common 'green' (or 'gold') severum that we find in our LFS are ? Are they hybrids created over years of crossing any severum with another without care as to their origins ? Can only the 'mouthbooder' from the Orinoco be classed as H. severus, if so, then the common green (not a mouthbrooder?) must be decended from, or is, another species, but which one(s).
