I have just registered for the 2011 Extravaganza.
I really enjoyed it last year, looking forward to this year !
I have not heard Ingo Seidel speak but I have read some of his books and articles - great photos too !

I have also reserved my room at the Holiday Inn.
The OCA rate was $67 per night plus taxes.

Absolutely, I don't believe I've missed one since they started. Will be me and 3 other gentlemen from MN driving out together. It's about 11.5 hours depending upon road construction, traffic in the Chicago area and how many pit stops we make (couple of smokers in the group). Always look forward to this convention.

Is there a day to day schedule of the planned events? How about hour by hour? What day is the auction and at what time? Thanks G.

I don't have time now to post everything specifically, but off the top of my head I can tell you:
Registration begins Friday afternoon.
3 speakers Friday evening.
2 speakers Sat. morning.
Swap meet Sat. afternoon.
Pizza Party/Show awards, then dry-goods auction Sat. evening.
Auction Sunday, beginning 10 AM.

Reserved a room last week. Hoping I can grow out enough fish to cover my gas and room ( be great if it gave me som e money for the auction by not counting on it )
Haven't registered yet as I am not sure what time I'll be getting there. Always enjoy the "Ganza" this will be my first year actually staying for more than a few hours on saturday
