Callochromis Pleurospilus - I have six but I have ended up with 4 males and 2 females, so 2 or 3 males must go

Xenotilapia Ochrogenys Ndole - 2 males 3 females, but looking to add more

I have Ophtalmotilapia Ventralis Zongwe and Cyathopharynx Furcifer Ruziba coming in a few days as well
And Enantiopus Melanogenys and Xenotilapia Flavipinnis too but in 3 weeks
I am tempted to buy X. Molirio firestream but I can only afford 4-5... what do you guys reckon?

It looks as though the males are just starting to develope their spectacular colors. Keep us posted as they grow and develop richer colors.

Yes definitely! I've seen their colours being shown of numerous times when they were in a 3x18x20... now a 4x2.5x2
I even had a female hold two times for a few days! :)

I will post pictures when my O. ventralis Zongwe and C. furcifer Ruziba arrive

Got a male with her :)

He's bigger and doesn't have the black marking on the dorsal

They don't seem interested in each other though, although occasionally share a PVC (there's two pipes in the tank, with just sand)

Sorry for the confusion
Yes you're right, that's a female in that picture
I also have a male in the same tank, he doesn't have the black ray and is a bit bigger
I am hoping they breed for me but they dont seem interested in each other
