how could i stock a 150 litre tanganyikan aqaurium?

150 liters = 40 gallons (approx)
All sorts of choices. Are you looking for behaviour? Colour? Mixing more than a couple of species? Species only?

one thing I would say is volume is relatively unimportant.footprint is key.
knowing that and what you would like to keep will help determine how to stock the tank
