A exotic peruvian green terror

Postby greenvet » Thu Aug 06, 2009 9:40 pm

Hi! my name is Abraham from Lima-Peru, this was my exotic peruvian green terror, it died 2 days ago, it was a compact, powerful and agressive male, measure 8 inch and showed an unusual red color in dorsal, anal and caudal fins. I hope you like this video recorded 6 days before that my beloved fish died...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2iPdyqsbZI

Hola Abe! Thx. for the vid - your green terror 'Red' is truly exotic, have never seen that cf. variant before! Sad to hear he went to the 'big river in the sky', our condolences. An older fish?

Nice to hear from our amigos in Peru - we really like our Cr. cincta female 'red peruvian' pike, aka "Tiger Pike".

Thanks for your words MTN PIKE!, It was a exotic fish in A. rivulatus "Silver Saum" especie, it was a madure male with a rare red coloration in dorsal, anal and caudal fins, I hope that you like with the video...
