Lake malawi water

Can any one tell me the KH GH of lake malawi and what is the best for the fish as all the books give it in microsiemens 200 / 260 us
and if you use epsom salts will this help with health issues bloat etc

What would be the best GH KH readings for my malawi set up my tap water is KH 3 degress GH 3 degress of hardness Ph 8.5

Not critical, and I think the figures you quote (for buffering capacity of your water) are fine (but I'm no chemist).
