Need help with Telmatochromis

I believe this is Telmatochromis sp "temporalis shell" but if anybody have a different view please let me know. He is about 3" (7,5 cm) long. But I dont know if he is fully grown yet.

Oups...I forget to ask my question...
I bougt a pair of this fish but the male almoust immedeately killed his female. So I now have him alone in a 100 liter tank.

So how to keep this speices? As a small colony or pair?

The plan is to put him in a 167 liter along with one or two pair of Neolamprologus marunguensis. Would that be possible?

Keep several females in with him until he picks one. Then remove the extra females. Very mean fish to his kind.
