Hi,
I share same opinion
- For a Pundamilia nyererei (fish 1), If you don't know from where it comes out of the lake ( I mean the original strain) , it is fussy .
There are so many population Igombe , Ruty, Makobe , Python, that population cross-breeding is a rule and species quality is doubtful
- I like fish two . I don't know what it is!
- The third look a bit as a Pundamilia for the head face
the dorsal fin colour makes me think a bit to the dorsal of the Pundamilia read head ,
see this
http://burnel.club.fr/Victo/PRedHeadNyererei.jpg -Clearly 4 is strange , either fish is so stressed that it displays a really strange pattern of stripes , either and more probably it is one of the most CH44, we can find in many pet store (at least here in Europe)
I will not say categorically they are hybrids, should wait a bit for the fish showing more pronounced colour
but the idea to get fishes from well identified breeder seems logical, but it is not that easy!
But don't give up , I think it is a good start ... follow the evolution and show more pictures when possible
See you (sorry for my bad English)
