C. jumbo tricolor and C. kigoma in the same tank?

Postby cube3d » Wed Jun 27, 2007 2:42 pm

Just one more question according my new setup. Is it possible to keep C. kigoma and C. jumbo tricolor species in the same tank or its riski due to crossbreeding. Sorry if its a stupid question but after many tropheus I discover the world of cyprichromis and featherfins

To answer the Question if they are Cyp's, Yes they can be housed together. THEY WILL CROSSBREED..... So I guess it's up to you. also, the tank better be on the larger end of the spectrum.
240 Gallon:
21 Benthochromis Tricoti "Burundi" F0
19 Enantiopus Melanogenys "Kilesa" F1
15 Cyanthopharynx Foai "Sibwesa" F1
6 Synodontis Petricola

90 Gallon:
4 Gold Comps + Fry
6 T. Vitattus + Fry
Soon to be Tropheus Tank.
