This might be a dumb question but-I am contemplating whipping up a batch of the vaunted "European shrimp mix" (you know, shrimp, frozen peas, etc.). I leave the shells on the shrimp, right? None of the recipes I have seen say for sure.
Any info or other suggestions before I throw this glop in the blender would be greatly appreciated.

I do, so far no trouble for me or the fish. It doesn't taste the best but the fish don't seem to mind it.
