the fish shown is a Xenotilapia sp "Ochrogenys ndole" :wink:

Really nice fish, I will have a couple of Flavipinnis... yours are more beautiful than mines!!

Yes they are 'Ndole bay' the male is about 7-8cm, thanks for the comments.

For the slender head and the yellow of the male. Surely is not Mzuri, Ndole, Utinta or Moliro. These have short head and well present black spots. I 've never seen Mtoto, Makola and other populations but I think is more similar to tanzanian shape like Karilani, Sibwesa or Halembe (but these usually present more blue than Kigoma).
