I was at the Akron ultra show for about 15 mins. I saw a catfish that looked like a red-brown sausage with fins about 7 inches long and 1 1/2 inch around. Anyone happen to know what the fish is?

I wasn't there, but the description matches a somewhat rare catfish that gets shown around here. It is an electric cat, Malapterurus electricus. Here is a link to the Planet Catfish page for them. http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/sp ... ies_id=109
