these are hard to sex; but it's possible if you got a group, like you have
the best way is the golden band on top of the dorsal.
in males, this is all the way to the very end of the fin; in females it tend to fade away an inch or so before the end of the fin
apart from that they look EXACTLY the same, shape, size, coloration.
mine bred a few times (I got 1 male and 2 females), and this is the only difference
both sexes have the poink tube, but in females it's thick and blunt, in males it's smaller and more pointed, but it's there.
they have the largest 'dongs" I have ever seen compared to size in any cichlid I know.
