Feeding New Fry

What do you feed newly hatched barchadi and hecqui fry? These just hatched on Thursday and yesterday and are still in the tank with their parents. Do they need to be feed right away?

You can't go wrong with the ol' stand-bye: brine shrimp eggs (or newly hatched). Feeding the parents enough should also allow them to "chew" their food into little fry sized bits - as long as they are chewing in the vicinity of the fry. I've also used crushed New Life Spectrum, crushed flake food and those Hikari Tiny Bites with great success.

I picked up some freeze dried cyclops, decapped BS eggs, and freeze dried mysis shrimp. I am raising some fry on just powdered freeze dried mysis shrimp and finely crushed flake foods, but I think the freeze dried cyclops will work well for really small fry for a few days before they can move up to something a little bigger.
