I think Aulonocara. Aulonocara is one of the genera that make up the family Cichlidae. A male Aulonocara is typically remarkably colourful, while the female Aulonocara is silvery or brownish. One feature shared by all Aulonocara cichlids is a sensor system that makes them highly aware of even tiny movements.
Yep. This is a young A. sp "Firefish" (or something similar). You'll have to wait a bit so it can grow to tell exactly which one it is, all these red hybrid peacocks look the same to me
