Typically keepers try to steer clear of the auratus - it has a reputation of being very aggressive. Others feel labs can't handle the more aggro mbuna (like the red zebras and auratus). But you have a nice size tank for keeping mbuna and you have low species numbers with some depth in each so the mix looks OK to me! Try to get 4 distinct piles of rockwork so the species males can "claim" a rockpile to attract females to. Make sure the rockpiles also give plenty of protection in the form of dark passages/caves for pursued fish to escape to. This invariably means plenty of larger rocks (bigger than fist-sized), preferrably rounded and piled to create dark areas of refuge. Keep lighting on the subdued side. You might want to add a dither fish like the acei (your tank will take the numbers) as they school and use the upper water column a bit more than your other species.
Good luck.
