Pseudotropheus malombe

Postby Lisachromis » Sat Jan 28, 2006 12:47 pm

I know this isn't a valid species, but I came across some BAP records with Pseudotropheus malombe in it. Does anyone know what this fish really is?

Unfortunately I don't know. I did talk to the guy today and he has no idea anymore. He did breed this fish about '92 or '93 so we're talking like 12-13 years ago. I was just hoping that someone bred these before and can remember what they really are now.

It's a possibility. He originally spelled it wrong in the BAP - as Malombi. No pics unfortunately either.
