What type of Peacock

What type of peacock is this? Was sold as a sunset peacock (I think?)
Is it a male. Was pretty sure it was looking at the tail fin???

Looks like a male to me (fins), but which species? It think it's A. baenschi, but he's not very happy I think. The colours are not what they should be, regardless of the species.
