Exquisite photos of some very beautiful fish.

In the second one of the Cryptoheros altoflavus, it almost looks like one of the fry is contact feeding, although it's likely just a coincidence since it's belly is obviously already quite full from the Artemia. Is the male also caring for the fry, or is it only the female providing parental care at this point?

Both parents are taking care for the fry. There last nest didn't make it :(
But my biggest female is already ready to spawn again! :)

Females are easily recognized by the black dot with shining surroundings in the dorsal

Thanks, yes I know but it depends a bit on age and if they have spawning colors. But based on this I assume the first is female and the 2 other male.

Correct, first pic is a female, second and third pics are male

Good fotos. The Locarid seems to be a Sturisoma, correct? And the Poecilia are salvatoris/gilli?
