Hello everyone,
My name is Erik and i live in Ede, the Netherlands.
My age is 36 years, married and i have a stepdaughter with the age of 17.
I have a tank with size in meters...2.40* length * 0.50 dept * 0.60 high with central American cichlids. (Nicaragua)
I just switched from south American species. I had a group of Geophagus argyrostictus combined with Heros notatus and a few Hyphessobrycon erythrostigma. And ofcourse a few small catfish. (read: Peckoltia sp and a Pseudorinelepis sp. (L152).
Whem time goes along i decided that the south American species wasn't my thing, so i made the switch to the central American cichlids.
At this time i have in my tank now 5 Astatheros rostratus, 2 Nicaraguense, 3 Platydoras costatus and 3 Chaetostoma thomassi.
The A.rostratus and the Nicaraguense are all juvenile fish, and i look forward to see these species become adults.
This week I was at Bas Pels his place, and i saw the rostratus full grown....wow what a beauties were that.
I understand that you folks know Bas...
So this was my little introduction, and i hope to learn more about my cichlid species.
Best regards,
Erik
