A place to discuss the wonderful assemblage of lake Tanganyika cichlids from the tribe Ectodini, like Callochromis, Xenotilapia, Enantiopus, Cyathopharynx and Ophthalmotilapia!

Is it possible to keep Ophthalmotilapia ventralis and Op. nasuta together in 200x60x60 cm tank?

As juveniles they'd be ok, but as they become mature it's a little small. You'll also run the risk of cross breeding....

O ventralis is also a much more aggressive species than O. nasuta.
So I think that nasuta will be too much disturbed by its cousin.
