Hi i am in australia I have kept allsorts of fish with varying degrees of suceess but fell in love with the
xenotilapis ornatipinnis..$345 for 3 in the shop and bought a 4ft 210 ltr tank ,chiller and at the advice of store guy whiteish coral sand but everybook or page I look at they seem to say fine sand ,will this be all right or have I been led wrong. Also as cichlids are known to fight for territory I am unsure of what to put with them I would like some with colour to be in the middle tank regionI have bought a big log deal with lots of holes and places to hide and some fake and real plants(stuck to wood)to give different area definition Am i going about this all wrong there is a lot of sand areas with small 70mm stones scattered about Is this ok ? what would i have to change
