i just got some montezuma swords, i hope i can keep them with the mollies.

The genera (plural for genus) meet in wild, and in fact I have often combined Poecilia and Xiphophorus
I never witnessed any attempt at crossbreeding ,the species ignore each other as they would do other, similar sized fish
