Updating signature

I'm trying to update my signiture but I get the message....

It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image.

No matter what I do. Anyone have an idea??

Is it a .jpg? What are the actual pixel dimensions? What's the file size?

Hi LIsa,

It's a 27K JPG. I don't have the pixels handy but I'm pretty sure the pixels are correct. I've been using the same picture for awhile, the one displayed below. I was trying to update my Signiture with additional information.

I was also trying to add this:

its 600 wide by 89tall

if you right click and choose properties it tells you the dimentions

If I recall correctly, we're allowed only one image per signature. So, you're probably going to have to decide which one you want to use.

It blocks both whether used togethr or alone.

Here's the "rules" for signatures.

Maximum signature length: 255
Maximum signature links: 3
Maximum signature font size: 200%
Maximum smilies per signature: 0
Maximum signature image width: 600px
Maximum signature image height: 0 (Set to 0 for unlimited height.)

Allow use of [FLASH] BBCode tag in user signatures: No

I can't see anything that would stop your new sig. Would you like me to try changing it?

Same message, even using the same picture... The only way I don't get the message is to delete all but a picture. According to your limits, my image should fit. I'll have to look at it when I have more time.

You are of course right Woody, something is fishy with that image, let me do some tests and I will be back on this.
