No horizontal scrolling?

Hi all,

eversince the update I cannot scroll horizontally. I have a laptop (fairly small screen) and the picturs are sometimes just too big to fit the screen. No they appear cut off partly and there is no option to scroll. Is that just me or is that a general problem?

I think it may be a setting on your laptop. I am able to scroll horizontally on my PC.

Well, it work on other web sites... I think it has to do with the fact that the poster's information now is on the right and not the left side anymore...

Oh... and I just found another bug: When I try to read my messages, it is hardly possible because several layers of text are written on top of each other. BTW I'm using a Mac.... could that cause the troubles...

AAAAAAAAA, the MAC is the issue! unfortunately Michi the web world is based on "IBM Compatible" PCs! Try accessing the site on a PC, I bet it works.

Other options for you include: upgrade your MAC to the newest operating system, browser or MAC/PC with the Intel Processor... I don't remember the names at the moment. Another option is buying parallels or a similar package that allow you to run PC programs on a MAC.

Thanks for the tipps;o) Everything is uptodate but even with the Intel Mac there seem to be some issues. Paralles works fine but I don't really want to use it just to browse the web. It seems that the compatibility issue just concerns this phpBB version and Safari. Using Firefox makes all the problems vanish;o)

It is likely Safari and not the mac itself, try grabbing a copy of Firefox for the mac here.
