Strange Kribensis Breeding Behavior?

Postby grottosandfins » Mon Apr 03, 2006 8:22 pm

I have two female and one male kribensis. BOTH females seem to be shaking and backing up in front of the male which I presume is some sort of mating ritual. But one of the females is very small...doesn't even appear to be mature. Is it normal for both females to try to attract the same male at the same time?

grottosandfins : Are you sure about your sexing of your Krib cichlids?

If it was so,it might be;and if it were so,it would be;but as it isn't,it ain't.That's logic.Tweedledee.Image

Well, I thought I was sure. I can only tell from the size and body/fin shapes. Do you think I may be missing something?
